GILDA was born from a simple idea: to share beyond the dining room. After years of exploring Italian markets, estates and artisan workshops, we wanted to put these discoveries in your hands.
Our fine grocery store offers a carefully curated selection of exceptional Italian specialities. Every product is chosen by us for its quality, its authenticity and its story. Bronze-drawn pasta from Gragnano, first cold-press olive oils, preserves made from recipes passed down through generations.
At GILDA, we also offer our own line of products: spaghetti made from Gragnano durum wheat, tomato sauces following the Restaurant Roberto recipe, and our hand-harvested fleur de sel from Trapani, Sicily.
